Firstly, PMoTM stands for Pack member of the month.
PMoTM is chosen by the Pack Leader and Elites. We choose PMoTM based on various different concepts, here is a short list of some of the things we look for:
- Activeness
- Behaviour
- Contribution to the pack
- General Attitude
- Ect.
Basically, there are a multiple amount of things we look for in PMoTM. Afterwards, the leader/council will post a list of possible candidates and they shall be discussed privately.
Remember that anyone can become PMoTM, so stay positive!
